I worked with Sean Byland. He was extremely helpful. He worked quickly to help me secure the car I wanted. It was so specific that I was flying in from out of town to get it. We talked on a Saturday. He test drove it for me that day...found some things that needed to be addressed. Had them taken care of on Monday. Confirmed the work was done and got the financing underway so that I could fly out Tuesday and drive it home the same day. His driver Dave is a gentleman and was a pleasure to be with on my trip from the airport to the dealership. I highly recommend Sarchione Chevrolet, Sean and Dave! Thank you!

I have purchased a multitude of cars - both for my collection and daily driving and Sam (owner at RSM) was thee best. He was always available by phone and text - was transparent and went the extra mile such as having scrape armor installed on the vehicle for me. I purchased this Ferrari 360 from him and he sent me additional (well taken) photos and videos so I could make a proper decision. His communication is exceptional. He even set up covered transport and provided photos of it being loaded. Will definitely work with Sam at RSM in the future and have him find cars that I am looking for.

This is your warning, do NOT purchase from this dealership. I went to look at a white 2014 Honda CRV EXL, as I was looking at the vehicle I questioned the salesman bc it appeared that one of the calipers were bad, he assured me the caliper was not bad. I took the car for a long test drive and had no issues so I decided to purchase Five mins after leaving the dealership things fell apart. The front brakes started making a grinding noise, there was a horrible noise coming from the back of the car and a dashboard warning light came on. When I got home, I called the salesman and told him about all of the issues the car was having 20 minutes after owning it, he claimed all the issues were from the car sitting for a while;that seem to be the answer for everything. They did not even have the car back yet when they relisted the car for a lot more money than what I paid for it. So to clarify they relisted the car for more money, knowing all of the issues it was having.
