The staff were excellent with follow through when I first inquired about the car letting me know that it was still available how to set up an appointment to come in and take the test drive etc. like all dealerships they try to sell things that are really not necessary and in this case, they did it at two different levels once with the sales person and them with the final manager manager of finance I guess would be the title in terms of closing out everything, which I found frustrating. The dealer conveyance fee which they say is nonnegotiable also frustrating but overall the staff were very considerate and responsive

Sales rep was EXTRAORDINARY. She very helpful answering questions and taking multiple pics and video of the car. The car was exactly as advertised, and I did buy the car. The follow-up paperwork was completed in a professional and expeditious manner. I would deal with this dealership and Madison again without any hesitation.
