Teresa was great to work with. She took the time to talk to me honestly about the car ahead of us going to look at it. When we arrived, we found the car to be exactly what was represented. The car was priced fairly and we were treated like valued customers. We would buy from Ron Greenwell Automotive and Teresa again.

I contacted Mike Anderson on Wednesday and spoke with Kevin. I told him i was very interested in the car, and i would be down on Friday to check it out. Kevin said he would have the car detailed and the oil changed by then. We arrived around noon on Friday. They had not serviced the car. I test drove the car and told Kevin i wanted the car. We agreed we would go to lunch, and they would service the car while we were at lunch. We got back at 2pm as we agreed on the time. The car had not been serviced. We waited until 4pm for them to start the service. When they said it was finished, I asked if they had changed the oil like they promised. No, they had not. So, they went back and changed it. This was supposed to have been done before i got there. We had to wait about 5 hours for them to service and change the oil. Through this Keven was very nice. But we were quite frustrated and annoyed at having to wait to have the service completed.
