Dealerships near me (Groveport, OH)

I showed up on time for my appt. I was there for about 15 minutes, and I started looking over the car. It had a crease on the trunk lid, that wasn’t disclosed in the photos, and all 4 wheels were SEVERELY rashed, and also weren’t disclosed. Tires were mismatched. I continued to look over the car, and the interior was actually in pretty good shape. But after about 20 minutes, not one person spoke to me, or approached me, so I left.

Had an appointment but seemed more interested in another customer than keeping my appointment. Didn’t feel welcome.

They responded immediately when I checked on availability of a vehicle. They seem very very nice to deal with. They follow-up nicely.

Overall my experience was pretty good. It always seems to go downhill with the financing though. High pressure to buy add-ons, not taking no for an answer, and then in the end for some reason I was not given any paperwork including my receipt for purchase. I ended up getting it like a week later by going into the dealership. Taylor and Cole were very helpful as well as Kahlen.

They never made contact with me was never able to talk to anybody about the vehicle
