My experience was good until it wasn't. The finance person tried to sell me an extended warranty. I declined it because I did not want it rolled into my car note. When I started the finance paperwork I was told by Rich the finance company required I purchase an extended warranty. After signing my paperwork and getting the car, I called the finance company about my warranty information. When I ask about the "forced" warranty I was told they(the finance company) did not require the purchase of the warranty. I ask about cancelling it. I was told I could but it would lower my payments. When I spoke with Rich about this he said "your payment would not been too much lower without the warranty. He offered to pay half of a car note to fix the problem. I declined the offer. The warranty cost over 2,000.00 + the interest it will incur over the life of the contract. I emailed the dealership requesting the pay for the warranty and the interest. No one was contacted me.
