They ran a credit check without my knowledge and the vehicle they listed that still shows up on here doesn't exist

Took several days to get back with me between interactions and did not work with me on price at all. Car had been on the lot over 60 days and trying to get the seller to give me any more money for my trade in was like pulling teeth. Oh you want a price reduction on the car that been here for two months? Sorry that would take 50 dollars off my commission I can’t do that. They lost my business because I told them where they needed to be to get me in the car and they just wasted my time with offers they knew were to high for my comfort. Only reason it wasn’t a one star is because the man I dealt with was very nice and professional until we began to negotiate. Then he pretended that bringing the price down one thousand dollars through upping the trade in and lowering the asking price was an absolutely absurd idea and he was offended that I even asked. I understand that sometimes two parties can’t come to an agreement financially but that is no reason to be unprofessional. Very unimpressed
