I wish I could leave zero stars! The worst place they had it listed as one price and then wouldn’t tell me anything over the phone wanted me to go down there so I drove the hour to see the vehicle then the price was like 8,000 more than listed also when asking my options and what a cash price would be Frank said “You think Toyota needs your cash” uhm okay haha never in my life have I been at a dealership where they made it seem like I should be so lucky to be doing business with them what a joke of a place!!

I got a car, however the experience was horrible. The customer service was subpar at best, and I felt like I had to beg them to let me take my car home because they didn’t want to get it out of the crowded and blocked lot full of cars. It is an EV and they had three days (after I already put money down) to charge and wash it, it was dirty and only had five miles of charge in it. Also, there was “nothing they could do for me” until I walked out and the followed me outside, and also the next day after I put the down payment, there was another “nothing they could do for me” moment when I asked for my money back so I could move on to another dealer, they all of a sudden found a way. They also added unexplainable fees onto my purchase, but I needed a car and beggars can’t be choosers was my mindset. I’m grateful that they worked with me and I was able to get a car, but it was a stressful and terrible experience.

Fair prices, good customer service. Definitely will recommend.
