The unprofessional the picture is not the real car they selling is a old truck all dirty with mechanical problems different color and even the seller ZAMMER said to me this car is not good and they want me to drive 6 hours away from my house when they know that truck is a trash I ask for the manager never answer or call me really bad customer service

I submitted an online inquiry and was immediately contacted by text and two calls. I returned a call to Joey and asked about info for the listed new GMC cargo vans. I had mentioned I was out of state and asked about the possibility of shipping a vehicle. Although Joey was aware of the vehicle I was inquiring about, he was unable to offer any information, he stated he would gather info and call me back in a few minutes. Four hours went by and no call. I called Joey and I left a message. I called the main line and asked the receptionist to have someone call me with info. Nothing. Almost a week goes by and Joey left a phone message asking if we were contacted by anyone. My husband called Joey back and again asked for info. This time Joey promised he'd call back within the hour, nothing. A total waste of our time. To me it seems like game playing, but regardless terrible customer service. I was ready to make a purchase either over the phone or in person, no one helped me.

This truck ended up not being the one for me. I ended up buying new. The sales team member I worked with was great. What I didn’t like was the overpriced pre-installed dealership add-ons that you have to pay for wether you want them or not. Nothing like paying for something you’re going to take off and throw in the trash.

Just another scumbag shady dealer trying to scam and waste the publics time instead of operating on an honest business model like all car dealers should… Hidden extra fees that amount to 1000s of $. Raising the prices of cars by 5k? Trying to get people to come out and waste their time when they cant even see the car yet?
