Good dealer

I didn't get this XT5 but I will return to buy a vehicle from this dealer and from Mr. Calmeyn. No questions about this.

The two employees I met where very nice. The vehicle was not so nice. The truck was unwashed, DL plates & I-pass bolted to the truck (parts employees are driving it daily). The advertised mileage 6068, actual is 16,000+ miles, oil filter leaking oil. I walked away from this.

I called and sent a message that I was interested in the van and was told it was sold. On Thursday 2/15/2024 I received a call as I was pulling into another dealer to pick up a new cube van telling me that the van was still there. I probably would have bought this van!

Would not allow vehicle to be shipped. Would not work with people out of the area. They will only deal with people local who can personally pick up the vehicles. I was unable to work with them.

They were very nice, even called them to ask if the car was in the lot. When we arrived they couldn’t find the car because it was in a accident prior of us arriving. Wish they told us while I was on the phone, my wife wasn’t happy.

The car I wanted was sold the day before I called. They responded anyway. The salesman was very impressive and I would not hesitate to call them again in the future.

If this dealership was closed to me I would have bought the truck I inquired about. Great price, excellent communication.

Contacted the dealer here before the car was even listed on their own site. I heard back in under 30 minutes. Unfortunately, as a recent trade the car was heading in for detailing. There was no issue getting updates and answers while waiting 48 hours for the car to come back. I was called as soon as the vehicle was available to be seen and driven. Having already gotten my own history reports on the car, I looked the car over ( and under) and took a test drive. Was offered the dealer add-ons and extended coverages, all of which were easily declined. No hard sell. Support, sales and management staff were all accessible and helpful. The usual business office "paperwork" is partly digital now and went quickly.
