Drove 3 hours from PA to VA to get a vehicle. Prior to taking the drive, I communicated with the Amir at the dealership via text to ensure that everything was in order so that I could look at the vehicle, give my down payment, & sign papers. I was assured that I had an approval based on the application I had already submitted. I drove down and when I was 10 minutes away, they called me and said they would need another $5000 on top of my down payment. The customer service was trash, communication was nonexistent, and their practices seem shady to me. Take your business to a dealership that will be upfront and straight forward with you, not these crooks!
