Ford dealerships near me (Seattle, WA)

I never received a call from this dealer. I was interested in the car but their lack of response was disappointing

They never responded to my inquiry.

Good experience- we did not purchase. Vehicle did not meet our needs

The experience I had at Ford of Kirkland was transparent. No hidden agenda professional and courteous. Unfortunately we did not come to financial agreement for the vehicle I will consider Ford of Kirkland if the need arises

Great experience!

You have a communication problem! I made it clear that I was coming from Port Angeles on the ferry and would call when I arrived in Seattle. For some reason, they thought I was arriving at the airport at 3:30. How did they get so mixed up? I was finally picked up by Katie. Then I talked to Raj about how to pay for the car. We agreed that I would put $5000 down and pay it off in November when my bill arrived. I sat for a long time while he went back and forth to do all the paperwork, but the finance guy still didn't know that I was going to do financing! Raj had to come in and explain. There was plenty of time to explain before. Everybody was nice and polite, but I was disappointed in your communication with each other. I'm happy with my car thus far.

Drove hour and a half to look at truck on their lot.. Decided I wanted to buy, asked for 8-10 k trade in value on my 2015 Ford F150 xl 2wd 112k, owner said he didn't want my trade. Didn't do the deal. Drove all the way back home. Not a great experience.

Customer service was excellent overall.

Was working with a salesperson via text/email, I was trying to get the final price so I could get cash out, they sold the car and didn't even tell me. Horrible experience.

Fast and easy to deal with!
