Ford dealerships near me (Saint Louis, MO)

Contacted dealer they called me right away and we’re going to check on answers to my questions. Never called back. Called them the next business day and talked to a salesman asked him to put together a price out the door. He came back $5,000 over MSRP which is a 15% markup of this particular vehicle. Other dealerships I spoke to were at MSRP or 4-5% but didn’t have the color we were looking for. I declined his offer as to me was way out of line.

Ran a hard hit to my credit without discussing what I was able to do down payment wise and if I was wanting to take it further. Then never responded after I complained. Extremely pushy and also rude via email communication.

Great experience with my purchase. Lots of finance options that worked for me.

Salesman responded , but never followed through. Saw the following week they sold the truck!
