Awesome experience

Drove hour and a half to look at truck on their lot.. Decided I wanted to buy, asked for 8-10 k trade in value on my 2015 Ford F150 xl 2wd 112k, owner said he didn't want my trade. Didn't do the deal. Drove all the way back home. Not a great experience.

I placed a deposit on a vehicle with the manager. The dealership then sold the car to someone else and claimed the deposit was never process - despite taking all of my banking details. Turned out they never processed the payment, they just wrote it all down on a paper on their desk, so my deposit wasn't valid. Totally careless with sensitive financial information and dishonest.

My wife and 1, including our 4 year old had a smooth purchase experience on our 2022 infiniti Zach is a professional that gave us all the information we needed to make a decision without pressure. I have NEVER had a more POSITIVE experience with an auto dealer. In fact, we nearly purchased a car from another dealer, with a really large, really pretty dealership, but that experience was really no fun. Campbell Auto Group was EXCEPTIONAL!

Communicated with dealership and was told even though it was listed on cargurus they wouldn't sell to me for 21 days after they received the vehicle because I was out of state. Now when I search the vehicle they have increased the price

This dealership is very professional with no high-pressure sales techniques.Lewis showed me exactly what I needed to see and explain the automobile in detail. I would highly recommend this dealership for new or previously used automobiles.
