Good place, we just didn’t buy the Jeep because it wasn’t what we wanted.

Horrible! After calling the dealership, it took them 20 minutes to bring out the keys for a test drive. Upon return, I stood in the lobby for 8 minutes before I finally went over to the corner office. This office was a wall of glass with the door wide open. Note: This guy saw me walk in the front door. I stood in his open doorway for approx. 2 minutes before he looked up from his phone and acknowledged I existed. He says to me " do you need something?" Absolutely the rudest dealership in my 50 years of buying vehicles. Come to find out that he is their used car sales manager Jeff Morton. I will never buy or go back to this dealership again! Note: The General Manager (Rich Poe) reached out the following day and apologized for the rudeness of his staff. He ensured that this would not happen again. After talking with him for 10-15 minutes, I felt reassured that he was being honest. In the future, I will give this dealership another chance.

Jason was freaking awesome and made the gruelsome task of buying a new vehicle fun!! Bobby on on the other hand was nice but not willing to budge on anything. All the changes were made by me.
