Easy process from the sales and finance departments. Would recommend working with.

It was a standard range rather then long range. I had put a 500 dollar deposit to hold the car until I could see it, it was standard range and I asked my 500 dollars be refunded they at first said it was not refundable and then said it would take time but they would refund after they got approval from home office in Arkansas. The manager was aggressive rather than accommodating, the salesman was understanding.

Josh, the owner was awesome to work with. Actually, we bought a second car from him One day later. We plan on always doing business with him in the future!

Booked a test drive for a specific vehicle for the next day when they opened, and they sold the vehicle and failed to tell me till right before my appointment then wasn’t to show me cars I wasn’t interested in, and had no real customer service.

They got back to me quickly, and answered my question.

Sold the car infinity g37x red without letting me know as well as I put my credit app told me the banks needed more info bring one more check stub go from there and sold the car two days after very bad communication customer service and more I was very disappointed in how they handled things for my first time finding out and noticing them and as well as trying to buy or finance a vehicle I wanted and needed I will not ever be going back to them

Great experience from beginning to end. The delivered the vehicle to my hme, performed a vehicle diagnostic. Then added a bottle of wine! Totally pampered me.

Everyone was helpful. Car was there. They made a significant repair at no cost to me so that the car ran as I expected during the purchase. After I took car home, it drove great but then I found the backup camera was not working. They are in the process of me taking the car back for the repair. They have been totally communicative during this entire process. Great to work with.
