Relentlessly email, texted and called me for days on end just because I checked out a car they had online, Last text was received at night well after business hours. Would never buy a car from this group

I don't usually do reviews but this required one. Getting information from the dealership was like pulling teeth. Long response times (or none at all), incomplete answers, answering questions I didn't ask, then silence. I was notified by CarGurus, not the dealer, the car had been sold. If the dealership was working with someone else on finalising a deal, they should have just said that versus wasting my time.

Prompt communication & not pushy

Very responsive, good communication, no pressure tactics.

Derek and the owner were both great and i haven't purchased a vehicle yet, i would still recommend going to this lot and asking for Derek.
