This car has inop. Heat/cool seats, I was lied to by two separate employees who reassured me that they were working. The online sales lady denied there ever being an issue one week, then confirmed that were was a problem with the seats the next week and it was fixed. But after driving 4hrs to the dealer, I found out that what they assured and verified, was not the truth at all. I would not recommend this dealer to anybody at all and would highly suggest steering clear of them if you want honesty or competence. After we drove there and realized it was inoperable, the sales guy then proceeded to try to sell us a car for double the price claiming he was giving us a deal. The whole experience in its entirety was well below grade.

I ended up buying a car somewhere else because their price was higher than similar vehicles at other dealers but the gentleman I spoke with name was John and he was very helpful
