Everyone is responsive and polite. My only issue is list the real price online. Price when I called showed 40,900 real price after additional add-ons and fees 46-47k. List the real price it would save my time as well as the dealerships.

It was a great deal . They respect my online price, and very treat me good.

Still working with the dealership on this purchase, but my experience has been great so far. Brieanna has been fantastic communicating with me. Especially like their business practices and not having the surprise fees / addons / extra costs. Unfortunately, we haven't come to agreement on the vehicle price.

They play to many games here. Shop elsewhere. They are not transparent at all and will try to raise the price to add more profit.

We got there and the salesman was brand new. 2nd day there. Went to drive the car it made a horrible noise when leaving. Went to back it in and made a hard jerk feeling. Went inside the sales manager asked how it was. Told him the issues and he wanted keep telling us it passed the inspection by mechanics. Then he and the salesman left for over 10 minutes so we left. I also don’t like these dealerships that have 30 salesman walking around like vulchers everywhere you look. Just wasn’t great service or atmosphere.

The process was good from working the deal over text messages and out of state. Jorge was my salesman and he would Always get back to me with any questions.

Salesman was only concerned with what I was willing to pay for the vehicle, had to ask several times for him to give me an offer on my trade-in. Vehicle was in worse shape than portrayed online, and the price in-person was several thousand dollars higher than the listed price online. This was due to several fake add-ons, one being window tint. The salesman said they put new window tint on the truck, but the tint was cracking and peeling off the windows, so that was obviously not true. Somebody from the dealer told me in a later phone call that the add-ons were optional. Not how the salesman portrayed it. The inspection report for the vehicle also stated everything met internal standards, but the differential looked like it was leaking. The salesman even admitted to his manager that the differential was leaking. This wasn’t the only inspection report inconsistency. Overall review of this dealership is they are dishonest, and I wouldn’t trust a used vehicle from them. I don’t recommend.
