Didn’t end purchasing a vehicle the day I went there but when I am ready to purchase will definitely be going back. Super friendly environment.

Great salesperson

Dealership had poor communication. Reached out to Taylor for the purchase of a vehicle with my own finance already secured. It took two days to get a response back and then no contact for another day. When calling back to the dealership I was told Taykor had been "off" but the vehicle I inquired had just had a deposit made that morning. When I asked to speak to management, as I shpuld have secired the car two days prior when initially inquired, I was told the vehicle was gone. It was picked up earlier in the day. A clear lack of communication from their sales team to me and amongst themselves.

Should’ve stuck with my guy at a different LaFontaine location from the start. Got the run around and misinformation for 3 days. I had to tell THEM the jeep had a branded title then as soon as I said that “someone is buying it cash” which didn’t happen I’m sure. Then a second jeep I really loved all of a sudden “needs a fuel pump and is out of stock” another lie… I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but just needed to be said and I really wanted both of them they seem like they didn’t wanna take my money or help even though they said they were doing everything they could.. contacted my salesman at another LaFontaine dealership and had a Jeep within 4hrs.

My salesmen, Jamie Ramsey, was amazing. He knew my husband had to drive 2 hours away to get to the dealership and had all of the paperwork ready to go for a seamless transaction. I would buy from Randy Wise Ford again.

Heidi and Maddie were quick to reply to my inquiry about the VW Beetle, I just took a day too long to call back and set appointment. Although I was unable to purchase this car, the communication was excellent.
