Milnes Ford has a great staff here. Gage, the salesman who sold me my truck, was more patient than I could ask for. He is professional and creates a good atmosphere. Along with Keith, the business manager, they both worked hard to make sure that I left happy. Oh, and they have snacks with coffee!

Onsite the people seemed confused and wouldn't direct us to our salesman. When we met him he didn't mention that the price had gone down nor that the trunk wouldn't open, the taillight was cracked, there were reflectors missing and the rear wiper fell off when I tested it. They wouldn't take it to service right then like we requested about 4 times over the 3 hours we were there. If they even said Yes we can fix it i would have bought the car but they wouldn't take it back. He did call 5 minutes after we left to tell me it was in service but nothing else. I texted him 4 days later when I hadn't heard back and was told while it was being service they sold it as is. He claims he left a voicemail but I have no call or vm record on my cell. The other thing that was weird is they wouldn't let me drive off the lot with 3 other cars he picked himself for me to test. None had been inspected and one clearly had a transmission issue. It was very strange and uncomfortable.
