Hello, The experience working with Bob Maxey Ford was awesome, and specially the attention from Madeline, who was the first person to contact me immediately after my inquire. She took me over the all process and has the vehicle clean and ready for a test drive the same day. She and me are still in contact about this car but definitely I will recommend Bob Maxey Ford of Howell and give a specials recognition to Madeline's kindness and support.

Onsite the people seemed confused and wouldn't direct us to our salesman. When we met him he didn't mention that the price had gone down nor that the trunk wouldn't open, the taillight was cracked, there were reflectors missing and the rear wiper fell off when I tested it. They wouldn't take it to service right then like we requested about 4 times over the 3 hours we were there. If they even said Yes we can fix it i would have bought the car but they wouldn't take it back. He did call 5 minutes after we left to tell me it was in service but nothing else. I texted him 4 days later when I hadn't heard back and was told while it was being service they sold it as is. He claims he left a voicemail but I have no call or vm record on my cell. The other thing that was weird is they wouldn't let me drive off the lot with 3 other cars he picked himself for me to test. None had been inspected and one clearly had a transmission issue. It was very strange and uncomfortable.

I was trying to find information online about the truck. When I asked for the details on the truck, he asked what information I needed. All of the information on the truck. Also, if the information was online, I did not have to waste his and my time. This dealership needs to post the information online, not requiring an individual to call to gather information. Working nights makes it hard to talk to salespeople. Their hours are when I am sleeping.
