We had a verbal deal but I was not able to get in to the dealership until Monday 3/2. Because we didn’t close the deal before the end of the month the cut the amount they agreed to on my trade in by half

Unable to come to a deal with trade value. Then was told to give the manager the weekend to think about it. Texted on Monday with no response and then texted again on Tuesday just to be told the car was sold the day before. Horrible service

My sales rep was horrible. Very in considerate. Made me not even want to go through with the sale. Why would I give my hard ended money to a sales rep that has Horrible attitude and rude to me when I’m asking questions about the vehicle. Dealer was completely dishonest over the phone. I gave them all the details of my trade and including the understanding that it would incur negative equity. The dealer told me that I could trade my car and put no money down and that I could expect at least payment of high 500s to 600 a month. I was told if I come into the dealer they might be able to do even better than that. When I went to the dealer after calling ahead and once again confirming the details of my trade in, the dealer kept me waiting around for over a half hour only for someone to come up to me and tell me that they could not roll all of the negative equity from my truck into the new lease. Complete waste of time. After the dealer confirmed that somebody had indeed given me those numbers of high 500s to 600s, as an apology they sent me a $5 gift card... I guess the over 3 hours of my time my wife and I spent driving to the dealer is only worth $5. Only gave one star because zero is not an option

I requested an out the door price for a 2023 F250 XL Crew Cab leftover. I only received the internet price of $51,334.00. The vehicle has has been on the dealer lot over 700+ days. I reside in another state a 3.5 hour drive from the dealership and wanted all the numbers to make a decision. Additionally, the vehicle has 11 open recalls and I pointed that out in my request. I was informed by another internet salesperson that the vehicle is on "stop sale", disappointing... Why bother posting it for sale and at that price.
