Bait and switch Shady dealer Less than truthful I recently purchased a used Honda from this dealership and have had a deeply disappointing experience. Despite assurances during the sale that the vehicle was in excellent condition, my trusted mechanic discovered multiple issues including transmission codes and a faulty seat module. When I reported these problems, I was met with dismissive responses, including the sales manager claiming my mechanic was "lying." After multiple attempts to resolve these issues, I've experienced poor communication, broken promises, and a concerning lack of accountability. While they eventually agreed to fix the seat module issue, getting them to honor this commitment has been unnecessarily difficult. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone valuing transparency, honesty, and customer service.

Dishonest scheduled an appt to test drive a specific vehicle that had just come in. They had no photos online. Arrived at the dealership. Let us see the car couldn’t let us test drive it yet. Had not been serviced…kept stringing us along for over a week then increased the price of the car. Could only get advertised price if I financed a minimum of $10,000, interest rate was very high and added a $1,895 restore and service fee on top of doc fee. When I told him I was gonna pass on the car, they continue to call me to the point of harassment both salesman and manager.
