Very good place to shop for a vehicle.

I was given a price over the phone went to the dealership the vehicle was there and ready. I paid the price they told me and my monthly payments are what they told me over the phone. The process was smooth at the dealership

The greeting was nice but everything went down from there. From drive the wrong car to being told that I could either put a lot of money down with a high rate or get a co signer this place was not for me

I had a deal with the dealership on price, and gave them my debit card information to put a down payment on the car. Which we did. I thought we were good to go and we were getting our new car. Then 30 minutes later I was called by the dealership and was told the car is gone and I will not be getting it. Up until that point the dealership experience was good. But they pulled the car out from underneath us after I gave the deposit money. I called the sales person who I dealt with and no reply since. Not a good experience.

Quality Service

Despite letting them know that this particular car would not work and that *stoping in to take a look and see what else might interest me would not work because I live downtown and getting there is not easy, I was told it's only a 20-25 minute drive, no problem.* Then checked google maps and it was over an hour, decided I did not want to deal with anyone who doesn't have consideration for others and more focused on just getting the sale. NO THANKS HOMEWOOD FORD

I had a very positive experience with the sales staff, I wish I could have made it the dealership, but my car broke down on me before we could have made a deal,
