I visited to look at a 2013 Sonata and ultimately decided to buy a 2022 Palisade for my whole family. I am impressed by the courtesy and service they offer. It is on another level. I will strongly recommend them to any friends or family members. This is their new location, and the staff, vehicle selection, and prices are excellent.

We bought the car online and when it arrived to my house upon delivery, it did not have all the things or look nearly as nice as we were told it was by the dealer. It was missing a driver side sun visor, driver side door keyhole cover, back fog light was cracked , and the rubber undercarriage was put in poorly so it scrapes once I was on the highway. Once the financing went through they ignore all further inquiries. Buyer beware.

This dealership was absolutely amazing as an out of state buyer. I was a little hesitant, but after reaching out to see if the vehicle was available, I received a phone call within 45 minutes and they walked me through the process gave me whatever information I asked for were very transparent about everything so much so that within 24 hours of being contacted by the dealership, the loan application was filled out, and I was approved. Shipping rate was. More than reasonable. I am very pleased and excited. I’ve never had such a good experience at a car dealership and I didn’t even have to set Foot in the dealership.

I haven't purchased a vehicle from here yet, but in terms of communication.....it was excellent!!! I appreciate the manager Dave for being transparent, and not overbearing. I am still in the works of a possible deal on something else.
