Called, made an appointment, informed vehicle would be ready for a test drive. Vehicle was not ready, dead battery, not washed, no gas, waited an hour just to inspect vehicle...then low balled a possible trade in...no deal.

Called to check out a ford fusion. Good price but someone test drove it right before i got there. Still took a ride in it but had to wait to give the other customer 1st dibbs. Got tired of waitibg for the other salesman so I decided to go elsewhere. My salesman didnt even try to make a sale. Seemed more interested in going home.

This was the best car-buying experience I ever had. Anthony helped me from start to finish and made the entire conversation respectable and approachable. It never once felt like I was being pressured into purchasing anything. I began the conversation via email talking about pricing between their car and a few others cars. They were accommodating and lowered the price to what we had discussed. I came in next to talk, and negotiate the entire process out. Eventually, getting everything to where I wanted it for trade-in, OTD price, interest, and warranty, the entire process took under two hours. Very accommodating and friendly; I asked to have the car inspected and the Owner came out and personally walked me through it with one of his head mechanics as we inspected it together. Overall, great service, a fantastic car and deal, and really respectable people working here. I will definitely come back here again in the future, and have been talking this place up to everybody looking for a new car. Thanks!

I was disappointed when, after several emails back and forth with their sales people, I arrived for my appointment and no preparation had been made to have cars ready for me to see and test drive. It was 30 minutes before I was able to actually see a car with the features I wanted (and had discussed in detail in earlier conversations). Vincent took over, and he was great to work with. If you choose to use this dealer, I suggest you ask for Vincent from the start..
