Ford dealerships near me (Chapel Hill, NC)

Everyone was great, took some time to work out a deal. Sales mgn. Took me no room to drop price but two days later I checked the dealership website and the price had been dropped. The website also gives you a 500 dollar credit to use toward purchase. I bought the vehicle the Next day at the internet advertised price but the dealership would not let me use the $500 coupon towards the purchase because the price had been dropped. I think they owe me $500.

Called about Black 2024 Mustang GT Convertible. Made appointment for Saturday which I had to cancel, confirmed new appointment for Monday. 2.5 hour one way drive. Funds in hand. Arrived to view car. Never have I seen a car dealer or individual trying to sell a car, knowing I was coming with intent to buy, not even clean the exterior of the car. It was filthy. I asked why, salesperson said it would be detailed when I buy it. I asked for it to be clean BEFORE I test drove the car. Wanted to just leave, but gave them the chance to clean it while I went for lunch. Came back, found the car to not be satisfactory or in condition I was seeking, and by being somewhat clean, I could now see flaws not seen while dirty. First impressions are everything. If my time driving from Va to NC to buy this car, which I had every intention of leaving with, wasn’t worth the effort to clean the car, then you don’t care. I still enjoyed my drive with the top down in my Z06. Do better. Take some pride.

We had a wonderful experience with the salesman named Tony!! He helped us immensely since we live out of state. When we got to the dealership, everyone greeted us and offered us refreshments. They reset the clock several times by making sure we knew where we were in the process. The whole thing took a little over an hour which is incredible for such a busy dealership. You can tell they care. Our salesman Tony was helping another customer so we were assigned by a different salesman that was just as knowledgeable and kind. We have zero complaints. 10/10 for everyone there. Even finance was a breeze. No pushiness or anything. Vinnie you rock! Everybody should check with that dealership first. I sold cars for a living and I can tell you they are running that dealership right.

Salesperson was able to provide additional pictures and walk around the vehicle. We did not get to contesting phase due to price but they provided an OTD as requested. Just could not agree on price.

Everything was great quick and simple process and they worked with me to get me the best deal possible 10/10 experience
