Everyone was great, took some time to work out a deal. Sales mgn. Took me no room to drop price but two days later I checked the dealership website and the price had been dropped. The website also gives you a 500 dollar credit to use toward purchase. I bought the vehicle the Next day at the internet advertised price but the dealership would not let me use the $500 coupon towards the purchase because the price had been dropped. I think they owe me $500.

Very good experience. No was a great salesman, excellent at communication and offered me several options. The finance manager was patient, answered all my questions and experienced. Stevie, the tech man was also very knowledgable, patient and helpful. It was a good experience by all staff.

I didn’t proceed with a test drive because from one inquiry about 4 maybe 5 people from the dealership contacted me multiple times. My experience made me know under no circumstances ever step foot on a car lot unless you want locust(sales) to descend upon you. I’ll be finding an alternative to the dealer process.

Had a really good experience James Estes worked hard to get me top dollar for my trade in . Management was nice also, this is a really modern and clean dealership. Also, - I was in Florida and they were in NC- I asked them to Certify the vehicle for me and they took care of that as well. BMW finance didn’t have the best rates at the time but no issue I can always re-fi.
