Marcus took great care of my wife and I last Saturday. Came to the dealer to get an SUV and left with a nice Honda van that is comfortable for the whole family. Drove an hour away to seee a car that the online department said I had to hurry bc someone else was scheduled to look the next day. We rushed with our 2 yr old to find out the vehicle was damaged, not reported to us or advertised online! The dealership didn’t know about it and the car was on the lot for 13 days! Then we went to look at it couldn’t get the doors open nor could we drive it! This car wasn’t even put through the inspection yet! Wasted a trip was lied to and never heard back from them to get update on the car! Not dealing with the dealership!

never made it to dealership, said someone else was test driving and not to come out to dealership, then next day they informed me the deal did not go through and to come out to veiw vehicle and then they call ed and said was in service, because engine kight cam eon and would call me when repaired and never returned a call, so purchased elsewhere
