Darius was straight to the point and didn’t push us at all. He even gave us a courtesy call after the purchase to make sure we were happy with the transaction. Mike actually spoke numbers over the phone and we were able to reach a deal within 5 minutes. I told him where I needed to be and he had no problem getting there. Not once did they push for me to schedule an appointment to test drive or come speak in person. They were 1 of the 20 dealerships I reached out to that would even try to work a deal over the phone.

I negotiated back and forth over the course of a week. The sales mgr(Blake) took over discussions on 8/19/26 and we agreed on a sale price. He said he would get started of final paperwork. He “texted” me back approximately 2-3hrs later right at 9pm (closing) to say vehicle was sold sorry. No decency of a phone call. That was all I heard back from the dealership. They ghosted me with no apology. Just stopped any further communication. I will “ never” deal with this dealer (Ed Voyles) again no matter the car brand. This type customer service from management tells me a lot about upper level management and ownership. Goodby Georgia. YouTube did warn me about Georgia car dealers.

After 3 years of not having a car note I was looking for a vehicle something reasonable priced, something that I needed AND something I wanted so I wouldn’t be mad at having a car note again and as fate would have it, God led me to Jim Ellis Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, And Ram and I met these two beautiful spirited people My Sales Person Lara Berol, and the Sales Manager Brock Scheidl, They were simply AMAZING!!!! They went the extra mile and really took REAL GOOD care of me!! If you’re ever in the market for a vehicle Stop in at Jim Ellis CDJR and ask for Lara or Brock and tell them I sent you!!

Great experience

I was looking for a 2022 GMC Canyon/Denali. I wanted a specific color and low mileage. There was only one that was close to home. I sent an inquiry to Paulding JDCR through the Cars Gurus site. I received a text reply then a phone call the following morning. I learned all that I needed to know through a FaceTime walk around with a young, pleasant and knowledgeable salesperson named Hunter. My schedule was completely full for the following 5 days so it was impossible for me to make the 1 1/2 hour drive to the dealership. I then received a call from the sales manager with all the financial details. It was a cash sale so that was easy. Still, I could not get to the dealer for a few days but did want to buy this truck. A few hours later, I received a call that the truck could be delivered to my home the following day and I could simply provide a personal check. The truck arrived exactly at the agreed upon time and in perfect condition. I highly recommend Paulding dcjr.
