They clearly did not want my business because I was an out of state buyer. Didn’t want to answer questions. I had to call three times to get information about an 80k truck I wanted to purchase. When I finally did get ahold of someone they never got me the information I was requesting. I called again the next day. The next guy I talked to seamed bothered and inconvenienced by me wanting information. I will spend my almost 100k with someone that wants my business. Blown away how little they cared to sell me a vehicle.

Was trying to buy a Toyota at a Honda dealership. Sales guy was not interested in a price decrease even though I would have to spend $500 to buy a pair of key fobs. This car came with a single key that you had to turn. Inquired about another RAV4 XLE with almost 100k miles while I was there but they were again not interested in a price decrease even though it was roughly 5 years old. Overall not the place to negotiate with regarding a used car let alone a used car from their biggest competitor from a manufacturer standpoint.

Steve Wyatt made a video of the vehicle. He’s very nice & personable. I’m hoping that, between my financiers & myself, I’ll be able to buy this from Steve & Principle.

This dealership definitely has deceptive practices and no integrity for their sale. I was looking at a used vehicle that was reported to have no accidents it was only by the grace of God I was able to see the car days after it’s arrival, and ir clearly had been hit and suffered what looked like considerable damage, which the manager had every intention of fixing but not reporting to any other buyers or adjusting the price on an already overpriced vehicle accordingly. I had ask over 5 times if the work they did would be guaranteed; it was only after I stopped responding and it was fixed that they provided any kind of warranty for their work. According to their finance manager even if you come in with your own financing they won’t accepting it unless they get the opportunity to run your credit and meet the rates you have. Whole experience was a waste of time. And the management team is not trustworthy
