Chrysler dealerships near me (Rome, GA)

I called on a Friday to make an appointment to see a vehicle on a Saturday, Told the sales guy it is an hour drive for me.. Called again on Saturday and talked to Devin. Told the call was there and to come see him. I drive one hour and then they have me sitting for 10 plus minutes waiting on the key. The guy then comes and tells me the car was not there and went to the auction. I was told twice by two sales reps the car was there. Called ahead of time to make sure. Drove an hour.

I ended up buying a beautiful looking truck from out of state. Had it shipped. Great to work with via email and text, phone. The reason for the low rating is the truck had way more issues than I was told about. Looks fantastic from the outside but the locks, mirrors, and many lights did not work. This and approximately $700 bucks later to get it all taken care of, I was also sent a truck with only a 1/4 of a tank of gas. I have never bought a vehicle that did not have a full tank! Although the salesman was sorry for the situation there has not been an offer to even send a visa card to help pay for anything. Guess I learned a lesson. This is the style of truck I wanted but really wish I would have known about the the added cost I was going to endure immediately!
