I contacted this dealership about a vehicle listed on CarGurus. When I arrived, I was told the vehicle was out on loan and was shown a different oneinstead. The salesperson stated all the models were all essentially the same, which I did not find accurate or helpful as a consumer. The interaction felt unprofessional and dismissive, and my questions were not taken seriously. This was uncomfortable given the significance of a vehicle purchase. Although a manager later attempted to address the situation, the experience had already left a negative impression. I ultimately purchased from another dealership where the staff was professional from the start. Based on my experience, buyers expecting transparency, negotiation, and professionalism may want to consider other options.

Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. However the truck I called about was no longer available, but still listed on Cargurus. I also just received a price update by email stating it dropped $1000 in price.
