If I could give a lower score I would. I have had several experiences with dealers like this. They will sell a car out from under anyone. The message I received from the sale manager was, "as far as I am concerned the people currently test driving the car are first come first serve". Second quote was "I'm not a big believer in holding cars for paying customers". I tried to a secure a straight forward pre-approved deal and didn't receive any information back from the salesperson because they put profits before integrity. It is supposed to be first come first serve and dealers will send all sorts of nice emails of how they "value" online purchasers, but it's all BS and rhetoric. Once again, the used car salesperson holds zero integrity and doesn't care one ounce about screwing someone on the phone instead of honoring the first come first serve integrity of a sale.
