Bait and switch. Car they told me was there that morning wasn’t there when I got there that afternoon. The sales person that text and emailed me to confirm it was still there and wanted to know when I could come for a test drive never bothered to let me know before I drove from Marietta that the car was gone. Then they wasted my time again making me sit and wait while they did what I had already done for days searching online for the vehicle we were looking for. Very frustrating!!!!!

Salesman Cody contacted me immediately and has also followed up with more vehicles of my interest however the vehicle I was interested in sold before I was available to come across town to see it

Great dealership, Kurt is the best, worked out everything by phone calls and text. A/C needed some work and Kurt would not sell til it was fixed, he said he doesn’t sell a “problem “. That meant a lot , the dealership had integrity and are very honest. Great prices as well!!

Asked question about a car I saw on here, and in the response I received the price was a lot higher. When I replied to ask about the discrepancy I never received a response.

Deposit was put on it , but they where helpful with information ,thanks…..

Called multiple times. Was told there were 50 of these Ram Promaster 2019 vans for under $29000. Received no call back from salesman. Just received a survey call and it seems the price on Dealer website is different from the price on cargurus which is likely why I received no call back. Very shady vs calling and explaining if there is a typo or pricing error. Stock number: J11555 is an example.
