Phenomenal experience at Ferman. The finance manager worked incredibly hard to secure financing for my needs- and let me know what I needed to do to make this deal happen. I love my Bolt EUV and I would buy from Ferman again in a heartbeat. Contacted them about a truck they had advertised, they were very prompt on answering my questions and sending me the information that I requested. Very friendly staff. I worked with James on this truck and I am planning on going to the dealership today to look at the truck, and possibly buy it.

Absolutely dishonest, pot lot dealership. Contacted me and I asked for additional pictures of the interior as there were none on the website. Sent me the pictures and suggested I complete a credit application. So I did. Notified by all my creditors there was a new inquiry on my credit reports. Salesman calls me back and said all is good, we'll put this out to get picked up and....OH, BY THE WAY, THE CONVERTIBLE TOP DOES NOT WORK ON THIS CAR! What kind of a garbage dealership puts a convertible on a lot in Florida with a non-functioning top. I was a Genesis Concierge Sales Consultant for five years and it blows my mind there are still 1970s pot lots like Maher Chevrolet in business. I'll never say ANYTHING good about this loser business.
