communication was difficult. I'd ask for one thing and they would propose another and never addressing what I required in a truck. I got tired of the upsale/diversion. Bought a brand new Chevy in Bradenton, Fl. instead. Why, because they listened to what I wanted.

I inquired and asked specifically if the vehicle had any damage and was sent a video pointing out one small ding on the back left side. I specifically asked if there was any odors specifically cigarette smoke and told there were no smells. We made the hour drive to make the purchase after agreeing upon the terms. When the vehicle was pulled around it had very obvious damage all around including a front fender piece that was sticking out and appeared to have been glued down. We were going to test drive just to see if the damage could be negotiated and the smell of smoke was so overwhelming I had to get out. This dealership will lie to you just to get you in. A complete waste of my time as well as vehicle mileage and gas.

Great experience. Ended up choosing a Defender for the family.

The salesman was very friendly but misinformed. We were told there was a lifetime warranty but when we were about to sign the papers they said that it wasn't available. They did knock money off the price but after the fact we realized it wasn't a great offer. Overall wasn't the greatest experience.

Awful communication, after getting an appointment I made it an hour early and they had already sold the vehicle. They didn’t bother in notifying me. Drove two hours and lost a full day of work for nothing

Call them and had a conversation about the automobile. We talked about price and was told cargurus had the incorrect pricing listed it was way higher than was posted on cargurus.

Good experience overall. Be careful of extra service contracts that increase the price
