I called about a specific used vehicle and they had it already up front when I got there. It was clean and looked brand new, but they still detailed it before I left. The staff was wonderful especially Kenya in sales and Duane in financing. They got the price down to an affordable, and appropriate value price. They even put a brand new battery in while I waited, because they felt like the one in it was going bad.

Everyone at John Thornton was helpful, in my purchasing of a truck. Jason Shaver and Bradley made my purchasing easy and was able to work with me to make things happen. I definitely would purchase another vehicle from them later down the road, really enjoyed the service.

When I reach there they say vehicle is available give me your id copy then they says vehicle sold waste my 2 hours time and drive

Drove all the way down there after working nightshift for it to already be sold when I got there, they never would address me and kept addressing my male friend that was with me, even after he told them I was the one buying the vehicle
