Quick response and follow up. I went to test drive the car, and Donell my sales person was great. He showed me a couple cars and did test drives on two vehicles. The next day, I decided to buy one and followed up to see about price. I was told it was firm and provided with a quote. Within a week the price was dropped. And it had a drop or two after that. No one ever called me back to let me know. I decided on another car and bought elsewhere.

People did not call back salesman fought amongst each other I deal with reached with a manager the salesman that was initially involved got upset because his commission was lower so blocked the sale they care more about a commission than they do a customer

They had a great car, but ruined the deal when they slapped a mandatory 6 month extended warranty ($1900) on top of the cost. Put the car way out of line with others I was looking at.

dealer and salesmen was great and worked with us to help get us the best deal we could get for the price and we ended up buying the car and currently love it
