Chevrolet dealerships near me (Houston, TX)

Had an appointment to see a jeep wrangler at 4:00, jeep was sold earlier in the day wasn’t notified and still was being contacted to see the same vehicle they sold days before.

The salesman was very helpful and I have no complaints about him. The finance department, when I decided to buy the car, promised on beating an interest rate that I brought to the table then just tried to leave out all details about the purchase besides my monthly payment. When I finally got details from them their interest rate offer was 4% higher than mine and they threw in a $6000 extend warranty that was not worth it. In the end I didn’t appreciate dealing with that type of finance back door shady sales and I walked away from the deal. 2 stars for a solid salesman, -3 stars for non transparent sales process.

They were nice Showed us the vehicle but couldn't reach a price

They were trying to get me approved for a loan to get the truck. They were having problems, but I haven’t heard back from them. I would like to know what they found out or what I have to do to get it. I don’t know if the bank was having a problem with it being an old truck and that many miles on it.

It was never a high-pressure situation, and a thoroughly enjoyable buying experience. Love the vehicle! Would definitely do business with Bayway Chevrolet again!

Very disappointed in the dealership customer service. I had set an appointment for this vehicle the day before the appointment I called to confirm it was still available they advised me that someone had put a small deposit down and we’re going to drive in at around noon but would sell it to me if I came in before that customer and make a deal on it they would sell to me. I drove 1hr 30 mins and got there earlier as they requested only for the sales manager to not allow me to test drive it. Also did not work very well with my trade in they advised for me to take it to Carmax to sell and then go back to them to finance however I felt like my time was very much wasted and I told them even if I did sell my vehicle I would not go back to do business with them.
