Got back to me the same day, in less that 30 minutes. Whole process was super fast and I got to drive home in my new truck!

Dealer responded promptly. Car was already sold.

Bill Kay, via email and phone contacted me. Salesman Paul, even texted me on his day off to follow up. Paul sent me some pics he took. Whether or not I buy the car, the responses from Bill Kay/Paul have been incredibly helpful.

Can't put lower than 1 star. Spoke to them several times and made an appointment to see their truck on a Saturday morning at 11:00. Confirmed Friday night that it was still available and after a 2 hour drive we arrived right on time only to find that my salesman was too busy for me. They seemed shocked and put out that I had a trade. After leaving us sit for 20 minutes they came back and told me they already received three (3) "small" deposits on the truck but implied that I could put down a deposit as well. Almost as if my deposit was bigger than the other 3 that I'd jump to the top of the line. Unethical, shady practice with no consideration of my time, mileage and fuel. Maybe someone will argue that accepting multiple deposits is becoming standard practice now and so be it if that's true, but what kind of dealer chooses not to mention these deposits to a prospective buyer coming from a distance??

Extremely responsive. Very helpful. Bill Shea and Demi Wilson were excellent. Smooth process. Great people to work with.

The internet rep was very helpful and set up a meeting with a wonderful salesperson.

Sent email, talked to sales person, drove 1.5 hrs to see them to only get a text 8 minutes away from dealership that car was unavailable. Sold to another dealer as it is now back out on the internet for sale $5000 higher at new dealership. Van had unique feature so I am 100% sure it is same van. Disappointing to say the least. Talked all day, salesperson new I was coming and not taken care of IMHO.
