Talked to the salesman, he told me that he would put the car aside and I was coming the next day. Gave me a call the next day and said they had sold the car and he screwed up by not taking a deposit. I guess I didn’t realize I had to tell someone how to do their job

The car have a problem with the fuel pump!!! To fix it a lot of money also they don’t lower the price

I've worked with Gary Dixon several times over the years on a couple of car deals. He has to be one of the most honest people I've dealt with in a car dealership. He's unusual. Not always the easiest guy to get a hold of he does everything himself. Be patient and persistent and call him, will be one of the best buying experiences you'll have!

Communication was spotty. Sales people don’t know anything about Chevy (as expected, it’s Kia dealership). Price is dropping like a stone online but they are not flexible on the price or fees in person. Sales manager threw us out in the middle of negotiating. Terrible waste of time.

Thomas was absolutely the best to work with. Ended up buying from out of state and his response to my questions and text were prompt. Communication was great through the whole process. Awaiting for my car to be delivered tonight…. I’ll update if there are any issues but I believe it left their lot at the condition the pictures show

Not a good experience. First salesman only wanted to knock off $900 on a 2020 used Mazda CX base model with body defects on it. Vehicle was overpriced and wouldn’t budge more so there really was negotiating with them. My credit is 760 so it’s not bad and I had a 10% down. Only wanted to know what I wanted for my monthly payment ask was so that they could whatever add one they could to stretch out my loan and take the most I had for a down payment rather than talk about reducing the out the door price. Didn’t even ask us if we were interested in any other similar models in the same price range. It’s like they don’t know how to ask questions to see if there are other options to provide the customer. Very silo mentality. In the end bought a car at the BMW sister lot. Those guys are total professionals.
