Can only give 3 stars because the pricing was ridiculous. 8 year old truck priced only $3K below original sticker. Truck had almost 70K miles.

The soft-top got holes in it, once inside and looked underneath, it was full of mold. The dealer was also not able to demonstrate that the soft-top can be folded down even I called ahead the day before. The overall condition was NOT presentable, and looked like the dealer was still "working on something" with all the panels behind the seat taken off with the ECU hanging -- I hope it didn't get wet. The rubber cover on ALL the suspension shocks except one disintegrated. I was hoping to get a little discount but the price was absolutely non-negotiable even with such poor condition. Since I am bad with driving stick, the sales guy did help demonstrate the drive train condition, so that dude made the effort. Mechanically the car sounds decent for a 24 year old car. So hey, at least the car drives great. Oh well, there are other places to spend my money.

Unfortunately, my experience at the dealership was negatively impacted by the interaction with the sales manager who joined the conversation during my visit. When I asked about financing terms, including APR, I was told that the dealership would not provide that information and that I should seek it elsewhere. The conversation became dismissive, and the repeated statement that “people come here to buy cars, not to talk about it” created an uncomfortable environment for both my wife and me. I came to evaluate the vehicle, review the numbers, and determine whether it was a good fit for me, not to be pressured into an immediate decision without transparency. That expectation feels reasonable for any customer. This experience unfortunately affected my interest in moving forward with the purchase. I’m sharing this feedback because, in my own professional role, I understand how important it is for leadership to be aware when a customer experience is impacted in this way.
