They're price was firm, but when I walked (cause asking price was too high) the manager contacted me asking me to "...make an offer". Hua? Their $499 doc prep fee is the highest in the area. Crazy cost to process a title & paperwork. I was about to make him an offer when I read the fine print: some crazy fee of $699 (read the fine print); at that point, I walked away. never heard back from the manager. Surprise Surprise. I suggest you stay away from this dealer. I read a review about a customer there who had a bad experience with them. The dealership explained away how the customer wanted too much. I guess I did too? Said they have Carfax with all the cars but I had to push to get one sent to me. Shady practices - I don't care how much they say that they are the leading Infiniti Dealer in the area. Um.... NOT!

They just are not trustworthy nor do they even attempt to try to work toward a sale. Asking questions (like can we see the carfax) about a $45k used car was met with arrogance and attitude which just didn't make sense to us. After traveling an hour to get there, we were the only people at the dealership in the middle of a snowstorm and they acted like we were taking up their time! On top of that when we asked what was the best price they could give us on the vehicle the manager from across the room said, "we don't ever negotiate here!" as if I was crazy for asking. He then promptly offered the same model car with vy high miles that they certified that had been sitting on their lot out front for over 9 months!! Look it up stock #P5930 its still sitting there. I asked how long it had been there and he said a month!!! Unbelievable! We would have purchased the car we test drove but we just couldn't because they left us feeling they were so untrustworthy. Can't believe this goes on at an infinity dealership.

Because this customer feels it has been on our lot for so long, she feels she can offer an extraordinarily low price on it. This customer has inquired about this vehicle many times over the past month with very low offers. Because we are not able to accept her low offer, she makes us feel that we are wrong for not agreeing with her. Unfortunately this customer didn't get her way and she is now taking to the internet to express her dissatisfaction of her plan not working. It is unfortunate that this customer doesn't see the value of the opportunity.
