Danny McCormick and Sadia Mahmood were very hospitable and honest and made it a very smooth purchasing process and worked to stay within my budget. Love that they are no hassle pricing and include a final detailing and tune up of the car before it passes off to me and they are able to do the vehicle registration on the spot. would definitely buy from here again and will recommend to friends who are looking to buy a car

I received a prompt call back, the gentleman I believe his name was Danny, was very helpful. He answered all of my questions, sent images and video to help me to better view the vehicle from far away. I was pleased with how I was treated, though I did not end up driving there to purchase the vehicle (I found one closer to home) he was very decent and seemed reasonable to deal with as well.

My experience at north end motors was a very good one. My dealer was Jaime Kynett. He was very patient and understanding. From our first email to our first visit. I walked out with a new car that day! He couldn't of done a better job! Thanks you north end motors! ... There's one thing. Once your done with your dealer, and go to the next room to fully close the deal. Make sure you listen and understand what she or he are saying. They will try to add money to your monthly payments. Or up your long term months

Sent me a video tutorial of a different car. Then told me the car was not actually at the dealership and was getting warranty work done. I continue to call but I feel like I am prying information. All I want to do is give them a sale. Terrible experience like all other reviews. Definitely not a top tier dealership and I would be embarrassed as an owner

I sent an inquiry about a specific car. I got an email and a phone call that day asking when I could come in, and another email asking if I had any other questions (I hadn't asked any yet) two days later which seemed like a pretty generic sales email. I answered the second email with a number of questions about the vehicle (it was confirmed that it was in fact still available), and have yet to hear a response. The questions I asked could be easily answered by any dealersip, and I cannot help but think they are disclosing information and that is the reason I haven't been answered.

Quick response, called and asked questions about the vehicle and I was told it was in great shape. I drove well over 1.5 hours to see this vehicle and when I showed up the saleswoman Tori was not very knowledgeable about the car. The car was missing paint and had roadrash on the rims. I took the car for a test drive and issues arose while driving the vehicle. When it came to negotiating and dealing with the issues with the car, Tori and management didn't seem to know what was wrong with the car and said they would fix the issues but would not warranty the issues. I thought this was odd since they claimed to be one of the best dealerships around. I told management that I was interested in the vehicle but we had to negotiate on the price so that way I could purchase an extended warranty on the vehicle. An older gentleman with a thick accent who I assume was some sort of management came up to me and said "you like the car but not for that price?" I replied yes considering the issues that the car had. The older gentleman then told me that he'd rather let the car go to auction than sell the car for a penny less than what he was asking for it and that negotiations were over and told me to leave the dealership. I have never been treated this way by any dealership in my life, completely rude and unprofessional and will never go back there. I would not recommend this place to anybody and highly recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere.

Went down to North End Motors to look at and test drive a 2016 jeep Cherokee, I worked with the salesman Jaime Kynett and he did everything to get me the best deal he could. Nice place ,friendly staff, lots of inventory, they work with you on what you can afford and work hard to put you in the vehicle your looking for.

I was contacted via email and by phone and the woman Shonna was soo good. I Went to the dealership and the sales woman was very nice and personable but the general manager I met was extremely condescending and very short with me. I loved the car but because of him I am reluctant to give them my business.

I won't would recommend staying as far away from this dealership as possible. They are just a reselling front for vehicles that have been auctioned through the Midwest. The truck they attempted to sell me had clearly been in a flood. The Carfax indicated it had started out in NY prior to Sandy then spent time drying out and was auctioned in Pennsylvania. No wonder it isn't selling with such low miles. Again, this dealership is a boiler room operation and should be avoided.

I went in looking for a Ram 1500 with low miles. They had several to choose from. I ended up getting a practically brand new 2016 Ram with 15000 miles and they were able to payoff my very high mile trade in and get me at the monthly payment I wanted.

Contacted me quickly but when I pursued my interest in the car, they had no interest in selling it to me. First I was told I could not put a deposit down (I live on an island 30 miles to sea, I just wanted to make sure they didn't sell it before I could make it to the mainland a few days later). They then told me the mileage was too high to have any hope of financing it and showed no interest in helping me find a solution. I would have been the easiest customer since I was almost ready to put a down payment on it without even driving it but it was as if they didn't want to sell it at all. Very strange experience.

The North End Motors have two things in their business model that attract me. One is that they buy only lease returns from car manufacturers and hand-selected used cars to buy. This way, they help customers to avoid bad deals due to reliability or other quality issues. The other is their no-hassle price policy. Since most people hate uncertainty due to the bargaining process, the one-price policy puts the deals in a very competitive category and eliminates customers' guesswork.

The car was not ready for us to test ride. The car was not road ready. When we took it for a ride it was terrible. They told us by video that the car was awesome and ready for sale. Far from it!!!!

We were contacted immediately after showing an interest. Made an appointment to see the car and it was exactly as described. This dealership doesn't negotiate prices, so that is important to know going in to the process. We bought the car at what we thought was an extremely good price. The process took longer than anticipated, but we were financing and planning to have the dealership register it in another state, so that is to be expected. Two days after purchase, the car was driven to our local DMV where we met up with the dealership representative and completed the paperwork and registered the car. The representative did all the work, including cutting a check for the taxes and fees. All we did was sign the title and present or driver's licenses. We did have to pay an additional $25 for some unanticipated fees, but we were warned it was a possibility, so we were prepared. Overall it was a very good experience.

Great experience! I worked mostly with John. He made the experience super easy. He was able to beat a the finance rate I came in with and got me a better insurance rate for more coverage. He even picked me up from the train station twice. I would definitely consider buying my next car with John and North End.

Dealer never followed up. After test driving a car we had asked for two things to be checked out. No follow up phone calls after calling for 2 days and getting nothing back we found out the car sold. Some of the cars we drove were dirty and there seems to be no one on first at this used car lot.

I was really looking forward to buying a car at North End Motors but the customer service was just terrible. I made an appointment to look at a car. I live 45 minutes away but left home in more than enough time to get there in time for my appointment. My sales person was named Kim. I arrived on time and my sales person was nowhere to be found. They paged her on the loudspeaker and told me to have a seat in this little cubicle. I sat there thinking to myself “shouldn’t she be waiting for me?” After a while, Kim finally appears. She says hello and tells me she needs a copy of my license. So now I have to go back out to my car and get my license. Couldn’t she have told me this when we made the appointment? I drive an Infiniti and most of my work is done at the local Infiniti dealer where they treat you like your royalty so maybe I’m spoiled but having to wait for 15 minutes to talk to someone you made an appointment with is less than satisfactory to me. Only reason I gave this dealer two stars is because the car was beautiful and as advertised and because of that they lured me in but couldn’t make the sale. How sad!

After calling to determine that the car I was looking for truly was there and what it claimed to be - I drove an hour in Friday afternoon traffic to find that it was NOT what it was listed to be, and sleazy sales tactics were employed to try to redirect me to a more expensive car. This place is too big to handle their own inventory. They just look at their computers. They don't actually look at the car to see if it is represented correctly.

I drove all the way to North End Motors to look at a used 2008 Ford Expedition & when I got there the truck was not what I expected after looking at the pictures the dealer posted on there website. There was a seat missing, the running boards on both sides were cracked & one was even chipped off, there was a cord for a back up camera that the manager knew nothing about. After all that, I was told that this truck was priced to sell & I couldn't find another one like it for this price. He insisted that it was worth every penny & would not negotiate dropping the price. Funny how 6 days later it was dropped by $1,000 I'm so glad I did indeed find a used Ford Expedition fully loaded with everything intact for not much more than they were asking & had 20,000 less miles on it. I was treated so badly & shame on them. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. If someone had a brain, neither would they.

Overall a solid dealer to do business with, it matters a lot that one realizes the type of dealership that one is about to visit before one stops by to do business with that particular dealer. They take care of business and sell a lot of vehicles there. They truly know what they are doing. 1-10 I give them a solid 8.5. A few things could have been done better, but very good service overall.

Dealer's email response was confusing since I was contacted by at least 4 different people separately. I finally got in touch with one person and made an appointment to see a specific car. On the day of my appointment they failed to tell me that one of the cars I was coming to see was no longer available and then had me wait over a half hour to see the other car I was interested in. The salesman I ended up with was not one of the people I had communicated with prior and was unapologetic about the delay and the fact that no one informed me earlier that the first car had already been sold (despite the fact that I wrote to check in earlier that day). Overall, I was very unimpressed by the service and would be nervous about purchasing a car from this dealership.
