I received an automatic reply email just saying that they received my email and someone would be responding back to me to assist me. I never heard from them again. I contacted them again and received the same automatic reply email but, again, no follow up email was received from them. They were useless.

It was a very good one. Hanibal was awesome. He was very clear and helpful. Never was in the mode of forcing us to make a purchase. Planing to revisit just because of the service.
