Dealerships near me (California, MD)

I drove tow hours to the dealership only to find that the check engine light was on and a warning that the all wheel drive system had a fault and it was in front wheel drive mode. The RAV-4 smelled of mildew and seemed to have new carpet on the floor. I thought the RAV-4 had been under water. Also, no splash shield underneath. (Lost underwater or in the mud?) What a waste of a day. I wish I could give minus stars to these people.

Contacted me right away to help.Unfortunately the car I was looking at sold before I could get to the dealership. Even after that they have attempted to help me find something similar.

The dealer told me that "free shipping" only applied to Maryland purchasers. When I asked for an itemized estimate, including all charges, fees etc., he sent me an incomplete and vague list, but then really brightened up my day - by drawing a "Happy Face" on what he'd written. I bought a similar car locally, at a price equal to this new lowered price, but without the "free shipping" rigamarole.

We worked with Kurt. He called and followed up. When we arrived to see the car it was clean and ready for us. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
