J.R. Fulfilled literally every request we made, answered every phone call we made, and worked with us on a deal for a certain car for an entire week. He was not pushy at all but did provide helpful advice when necessary. His service ultimately lead to our purchase of a vehicle.

These guys are pure scammers. Price listed is totally fake. When I called to get an out the door price They add another 2K in dealer fees outside of normal tax, title license. Classic bait and switch moves.

Dealer never replaced or repaired 2 items the salesman wrote up and know owners Manuel provided, and know instructions on how the warranty works just eager to make a deal!

Advertising price not valid. Spent days corresponding about the price and test driving for purchase, after receiving many calls/texts/emails it turns out the internet manager was never going to honor the online price. I recieved a mock up of out the door price after requesting before coming down for a test drive. Day of she sends it and the price is well over the mentioned $12k by almost $2k not including fees. When I asked where the number came from she sent me the website ad where it shows, when I stated that was not the carguru price and price we had been discussing she did not make any advancement to sell the car for what was spoken about. Many times that I questioned the process (first time buyer) she was rude and impatient, almost responding as if I was dumb or it was a problem for her. I do not recommend.
