Buick dealerships near me (Addison, IL)

One of the worst dealerships I have come across please stay away. This dealership has an extremely rude and emotional General Manager. They are selling a car with an accident and this GM proceeds to tell me the car is excellent because he drove it. He wont even let you get a word in because he is so argumentative. Unbelievable. They also claim to not accept outside financing because they want to get some more money off you monthly that way as well. Extremely unprofessional dealership, now I understand the low rating and why their cars sit for months. Please save yourself the headache.

Great communication and customer service

Finance team is less than adequate. Didn't listen to instructions and sent app EVERYWHERE. Avoid at all costs and shop elsewhere. Lazy, incompetent, and ineffective.

Absolutely terrible with following up with people! I instantly received a txt message about the vehicle I was interested in…. I asked 4-6 times for the same thing from 2 different people and NEVER received any responses. Terrible customer service from your sales team!!!!
