Dealership added 2k to the sticker price when asking for a bill of sale. Charged 1700 for service. Asked for sticker price. Dealership changed sticker price but then changed service warranty to 2700. As shady as it gets. Will not do business with them ever.

Great car lot excellent service

Called to make sure car was available, and to get info. Everything sounded good, so I told the salesman I'd come Saturday around 11am. I made sure to emphasize that I was coming from Chicago (this place is in Addison, IL, which is about 40 minutes away). Received a text the next day giving me the address and basically letting me know that everything was set. Great! Day of, I texted to let the salesperson know I was 10 minutes away. I arrived to an empty office. I called and texted again -- nothing. LUCKILY, I believe in planning ahead and had planned to see the exact same SUV, but with less mileage and a lower price, at another dealer in Addison, about 8 minutes away. I arrived there and was helped right away. I test drove the car and had my guy look over it. We agreed to a fair price, and I came back the next day with cash. They gave me a new battery, oil change, full tank, and a short warranty. Never got a call back from this place. Bad business, and the loss of a cash sale.

It was a great experience all around from setting up the appointment to the actual meeting, and even addressing any concerns I had. I would definitely buy from them again.
