Philip was very professional. He went into great details explaining the various features of the car. He was not pushy or aggressive in his sale approach. It was very enjoyable working with him.

Wanted to force me into their financing when I already had my own financing at a much lower interest rate. Then told me I had to finance through them to purchase, then I can refinance with my bank. Poor customer relations when you could have a sale.

No problems went as expected

Great experience, vehicle was as described, I got to the dealership a little late in the evening and they were awesome, worked a good deal with me and stayed a couple hours after closing to help me get into my new vehicle.
