sales man was super nice, but the car had a shifting problem with the AWD system or transmission. I didn't buy it

They are very poor at customer service. I tried twice to talk to them in regards to this vehicle. The first time I was met with instant anger from a sales rep and he would not even have a conversation beyond this is our price and you are lucky to get it at that. I asked if they would go lower and he stopped the conversation, which lead to us getting off the phone. Several days later the dealer dropped the price of the car. Quite surprising since he said MSRP was 32k and I was lucky to get it for 22,500. After that I called again and got a different sales rep, he was much more enjoyable to work with but promised they’d reach out after he had a conversation with his manager. Have not heard a single thing from them since. That was two weeks ago.

They contacted me the day before my appointment no less than three times to say they were happy to see me tomorrow and looking forward to that, etc. and then the next day I get there and they told me the car was sold. It wasn’t very close to my house, I had to use the car that wasn’t safe because that’s why I’m buying another car and I got there on time and then I was sold that. I could’ve used the phone call very perfunctory, apologies and then wanting to show me other cars I could not recognize that I was upset .

My experience was wonderful. Franco really took the time to explain everything to me. I was treated with respect and he was very patient with me. He was upfront and honest. The finance director was respectful and polite and went over all the terms with me.
