It was a pleasure dealing with them. I like the trust that they give customers, letting us test drive the car by ourselves. They helped us lower the finance. Staff were very accommodating, the car's condition - good as advertised. Overall the experience with BMW of Steven's Creek dealership was very good. Will highly recommend them.

I was disappointed trying to purchase a car through this dealership. I’m over 3 hours away and the dealership wasn’t able to find me the financing I needed after driving down. The next day I called my bank and got the financing no problem. I was still willing to purchase from them using my financing but they were making it very difficult. They didn’t work with my credit union using the CUDL program. I ended up going with a differing car at a different dealership because they clearly didn’t want my business.
