Dealerships near me (San Jose, CA)

The dealer is in a lot that looks more like a junk park. Vehicle has a few damages that were not in the description. Engine on vehicle was also on. We checked another vehicle the same day while there and vehicle wasn’t unable to turned on due to battery issue. Dealership looks like they do not take care of the vehicles in the lot at all. Will not recommend to buy any vehicle in here.

Overall great experience at Carfornia. I purchased a 2015 Mazda CX-5 and overall had a great experience. The car was in good condition and the staff was helpful and transparent in answering my questions throughout the process. I noticed the tires were worn and they immediately offered to replace all four, no pushback, no hassle. When I brought the car back for the tire replacement I mentioned an unusual squeaking sound. The team took their time inspecting the entire car to find the source, which turned out to be a slightly loose rear spoiler. They fixed it on the spot. Left with brand new tires, no more squeak, and a car that felt solid. The financing process was straightforward and stress free. I’ve had the car for over a week now and it’s been running great. Appreciated the professionalism and the willingness to make things right. Would recommend.

What stood out to me the most was their transparency they were open about the car's condition didn't hide anything and were very easy to talk to regarding pricing. The entire process was smooth professional and stress free from start to finish. Now, two weeks after the purchase I can say I've had no issues with the car at all. Everything has been running great.
